SEGA is a multi-campus, interdisciplinary research center dedicated to
the promotion, implementation, and dissemination of rigorous evaluations of economic
and health development programs in poor countries. One of SEGA's founding principles
is that the knowledge gained from randomized trials and other forms of impact
evaluation is an immensely valuable public good that can serve to improve
policy-making around the world. SEGA strives to make cutting-edge research accessible
to policy-makers working on global development issues.
