ABSTRACT:
Discoveries via self-experimentation about effects of breakfast on sleep, morning faces on mood, standing on sleep, and sugar water on weight. Eating breakfast increases early awakening. Seeing faces in the morning improves mood the next day. Standing at least 8 hours per day reduces early awakening. During fructose water causes easy weight loss.
